A 91-day campaign of discipline
Become who you swore you'd be.
Six daily trials over ninety-one days. Rank is earned, misses are recorded — “get your life together,” forged like a game you can win.
No spam. One letter when the gates open. Privacy.
The system
A structure built like a game, weighted like a vow.
Four pillars turn raw willpower into progress you can see — and lose.
The Trials
Six trials, sworn at the gate.
Six daily trials over ninety-one days, each accepted at a full-screen covenant. Sleep is a committed schedule, not a suggestion.
Miss a day and it records. Nothing is quietly hidden — the record is the whole point.
Progression & the Aegis
Rank earned. Never handed over.
Every check-off earns XP. Climb from Aspirant to Achilles as your crest evolves and the difficulty unlocks — proven, never picked.
Then earn the Aegis: streak armor that spends a charge to absorb a miss. The slip still records, but the chain holds.
The Coliseum
Race the ghosts. Never the clock.
Line up against the recorded ghosts of your past self, of named rivals, and of friends who answer the call — day by day, week by week.
Weekly skirmishes and head-to-head duels. A defeat is never fabricated against someone who didn't run.
The Champion & the Oracle
The statue you carve. The mentor who remembers.
Your champion is a Greco-Roman statue — stone, no vanity. Discipline carves it; armor earned in the arena adorns it.
And the Oracle keeps the reasons you wrote at the gate, and speaks them back the moment you are tempted to waver.
Friction, not force
No phone jail, no gimmicks. The cost of failure is your streak — not a lockout you'll resent.
Your reasons, remembered
Write your why at the gate. It returns to you the moment you're tempted to waver.
Difficulty, earned
There is no easy mode to pick. Harder trials unlock only once you've proven you can hold the line.
Difficulty is not chosen. It is earned.
The first law of the Crucible
The path
Three moves. Ninety-one days.
Swear the covenant
Accept your six trials at a full-screen gate, and write the reasons you're really here.
Hold the line, daily
Check off each trial through the day. Slip, and your own words find you — a reminder, not a scolding.
Rise through the ranks
Turn streaks into XP, levels, and crests — from Aspirant all the way to Achilles.
Coming soon
The Crucible opens soon.
Join the first cohort through the gates. We'll send a single letter when it's time to enter — and nothing else.
